Why This Workshop?
The workshop seeks to impact the exporters to the European Union as well as their suppliers who constitute the Tier 1 and Tier 2 level of the supply chain where the awareness about the ELV directive is usually very low.

Such consolidation will also give strength and legitimacy to the concerns raised and feedback made to the EU. The deliverables at the workshop would include an overview of the ELV directive and the related aspects of Supply Chain Environmental Management.

- To access the implication of the EU Directive on Indian suppliers.
- To ascertain the level of preparedness of Indian suppliers
- Development of capacity building events
- Designing of self help tools for non-EU suppliers
